Transfer Students

If you are considering transferring into the Textiles and Clothing major from another college, there are no additional requirements beyond those the university requests.  However, we highly suggest that you take some of the following courses prior to your UC Davis enrollment.

Marketing/Economics and Textile Science Emphases:  Cultural Anthropology or Art History, Introduction to Computers, Introductory Microeconomics and Macroeconomics, Public Speaking, Expository Writing or Introduction to Literature, Elementary Accounting, Calculus A and B, General Psychology, Elementary Statistics, Introductory Physics and Chemistry
